Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan shares how her parents made sacrifices for her

“I must have ruined so many holidays for my mom and my dad” says Aamir Khan’s Daughter Ira Khan

Aamir Khan married Reena Dutta, who had a small part in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, on 18 April 1986. They had two children: a son named Junaid and a daughter, Ira. Reena was implicated briefly in Khan’s career when she worked as a producer for Lagaan. In December 2002, Aamir Khan filed for divorce and Reena Dutta took custody of both children. Their marriage only lasted for 16years.
Aamir’s daughter Ira has a strong social media presence as she frequently interacts with her fans or followers on Social Media. She recently took it to her Instagram explaining how parents make sacrifices for their children and how her parents even made as many sacrifices as she felt.
She posted a video on her story stating, “Past few years I’ve felt like my mom and all parents seem to have to give up on a lot for their kids. I don’t know if I could really do that for anyone.” She added, “I must have ruined so many holidays for my mom and my dad. Like you can’t do anything. You have to take your child everywhere with you which is fine but then there are so many things you can’t do because you’ve to look after them.”
Posting another video clip on the next story consecutively, Ira wrote, “No movies that are PG 13, have to end your day when your child is tired and wants to go home. Can’t go off spontaneously with friends because they have school the next day.” adding, “and I still call my mama for help.”
Here are the snapshots from Ira Khan’s Instagram story;

On 28 December 2005, Khan married Kiran Rao, who had been an assistant director to Gowariker on the set of Lagaan. On 5 December 2011, they announced the birth of their son, Azad Rao Khan, through a surrogate mother.
