In a tweet, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut claimed that there was a possibility that Aryan’s superstar father, SRK was asked for a whopping ransom. In his tweet, he quoted, “Witness in #AryanKhan case made to sign on blank paper by NCB is shocking. Also thr r reports that thr ws demnd of huge money (sic).” He furhter alleged that the whole case was just a means to defame the state, also added, “CM UddhavThackeray said tht ths cases r made 2 defame Mah’shtra.Ths seems 2b comng tru @Dwalsepatil. Police shd tk suo moto cognizance.”

As per NDTV report, Sail claimed that he heard of a Rs 18 crore deal between Gosavi and Sam D’Souza. Of the said amount, it was alleged that Rs 8 crore was to be paid to Wankhede.
India Today report says, Prabhakar Sail, an aide of KP Gosavi alleged that the central agency made him sign a blank panchnama. Gosavi, who is absconding, is one of the independent witnesses in the case. In a notarized affidavit, Sail said he witnessed the events of the cruise party raid.

In a news channel Sail claimed that he accompanied Gosavi on the night of the raid and was made to sign blank papers as panchnama. He further stated that he wasn’t aware of the alleged seizure of drugs on the cruise ship.
