Doctors jam on ‘Kedarnath’s’ song ‘Namo Namo Ji Shankara’ for cheering COVID-19 patients, video gets viral

A video of doctors cheering COVID-19 patients by jamming on ‘Kedarnath’s’ song ‘Namo Namo Ji Shankara’ surfaced on Instagram.

A video of doctors cheering COVID-19 patients by jamming on ‘Kedarnath’s’ song ‘Namo Namo Ji Shankara’ recently, surfaced on Instagram. The video is being widely spread.

The video is posted by the Instagram handle of etimes, with the caption; “In these uncertainties and tough times, our healthcare workers have indeed been the real superheroes by uplifting the ailing in every possible way. Here’s a video, of them jamming some great tunes, to cheer up their patients. Grateful!” The doctors are seen in PPE kits, and where some of them are playing guitars some of them are just singing the song and grooving on it. The video also shows patients lying on the bed.

People are leaving beautiful messages in the comment section, where some of them are blessing the doctors, some of them also left heart emojis.

The song was originally sung and composed by Amit Trivedi and lyrics have been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The song is sung in the praise of Lord Shiva.

The film ‘Kedarnath’ stars  Sushant Singh Rajput, Sara Ali Khan, Nitish Bharadwaj, Nishant Dahiya, Alka Amin, Sonali Sachdev and other actors. It has been written, directed and produced by Abhiskek Kapoor. The film was released in 2018, and is available on Disney plus Hotstar.
