The drug peddler, Harish Khan, was also arrested in link with the late actor’s death.
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s mysterious death rose many questions against the film industry. Now, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has issued summons to his bodyguard for the second day in a row. According to reports, NCB has earlier questioned some members of Sushant’s staff including the bodyguard. Along with the bodyguard, Harish Khan, who is a drug peddler, is also arrested over his alleged links with gangster and drug peddler Parvez Khan alias Chinku Pathan, an associate of fugitive underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.
“As of now, the NCB has arrested Khan in connection with the Chinku Pathan drugs case, but his role in the drug case linked to Rajput’s death will also be investigated,” the official said. Earlier, on Sunday, Sushant’s domestic workers, Neeraj and Keshav had also probed by the NCB after questioning them last week. Last week, Rajput’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani was booked under multiple sections of the NDPS Act, 1985.
