Raj Kundra to sell adult films internationally to gain profits?

In latest revelation it has been found that there was a high chances that Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj was to sell 119 erotic videos Internationally.

When the current revelations in the Raj Kundra case indicate that the business person has now managed to move to the Bombay High Court to challenge his ‘illegal arrest,’ a report suggests that Kundra was probable in the process of negotiating an international contract worth 1.2 million USD with the sale of ‘119 erotic’ videos.

On Friday, while requesting additional custody of Raj Kundra in court, police said that Kundra had stated intention of selling 119 “adult videos” for huge amounts of money to a “person.” According to authorities, the investigating officers also want to look into an alleged cash transfer from a South African sports betting business into Raj’s bank account.

According to reports, authorities recovered 51 pornographic films from Kundra’s office throughout their search. Meanwhile, an employee who maintained accounts for Kundra’s app informed officials that between August 2019 and November 2020, it made a net profit of GBP 4,000 to 10,000 per month, according to reports.

Furthermore, the Crime Branch collected actress Shilpa Shetty’s testimony on Friday, who was among the directors of Kundra’s Viaan Industries.

Although Shilpa has dismissed any participation in the suspected transmission of sexually explicit video, a source informed ETimes, “The reason Shilpa has come under scrutiny is because she left from the director’s post at Viaan Industries.”

Throughout her questioning, the actress allegedly informed investigators that the clips accessible on Kundra’s app Hotshot really aren’t “pornography,” but “erotica,” giving “more filthy” examples from several other OTT platforms.

Everything commenced when Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale designated Raj Kundra as a major conspirator in the case, and he was booked on July 19 on accusations of creating pornographic content and disseminating it using mobile applications.

The investigation began in February, when Mumbai police searched a home on Madh Island and discovered a live pornographic film production ring. Numerous arrests were done at the time, and Raj Kundra’s name surfaced in the investigation after the property cell discovered the participation of a UK production firm, Kenrin, whose executive, Umesh Kamat, was apprehended by the police. Kamar was a previous Raj Kundra employee who was suspected of uploading at least eight “pornographic and filthy” films filmed by Gehna Vasisth on a social networking app for monetary compensation.

Raj Kundra, Shilpa Shetty’s husband, has reportedly been arrested for streaming sexual films using the ‘Hotshots’ app. Although Raj Kundra has stated that he sold ‘Hotshots’ for $25,000 in 2019, sources claim that Raj Kundra as well as his brother-in-law Pradeep Bakshi, who lives in the United Kingdom, partnered on this app.
Raj is the owner of Viaan Industries Ltd, according to IANS, whereas Pradeep Bakshi, a British citizen who is married to Kundra’s sister, is the Chairman of Kenrin Ltd., London. Kenrin Ltd. produced the smartphone app ‘HotShots Digital Entertainment,’ and both companies collaborated on it.

Raj Kundra is said to have provided the material and run the UK business from his Viaan Industries headquarters.
In addition to Raj Kundra, the Mumbai police have detained his IT employee Ryan J Tharpe. Earlier, TV actress Gehna Vashisht, Yasmin R. Khan, Monu Joshi, Pratibha Nalavade, M. Atif Ahmed, Dipankar P. Khasnavis, Bhanusurya Thakur, Tanvir Hashmi, and Umesh Kamath too were detained in this case by Mumbai police.
