Shilpa Shetty to make a comeback on her show Super Dancer 4
Shilpa got emotional when everyone greeted her with love
Shilpa Shetty is ready to make a return on Super Dancer 4 after laying low after her husband Raj Kundra’s imprisonment in the adult film case. On Tuesday, the Bollywood actor will begin filming for the show, which will premiere on Sony TV this weekend. While without disclosing many specifics, producer Ranjeet Thakur confirmed Shilpa’s appearance on set a media outlet, saying, “She is our judge and she is here to remain.”
According to a source on the production, the team has always wanted to bring the actress back, but she wanted to take her time. “The producers had been in regular contact with her, and it was only lately that she felt she was ready to make a comeback. Shilpa wishes to return to work not just for the sake of her children and family, but also for her own peace. The Super Dancer crew greeted her cordially, which made her sentimental in the morning,” the insider stated.
In a previous interview, co-judge Anurag Basu discussed Shilpa’s disappearance and expressed how much the team misses her. “On set, Shilpa is greatly missed. There is a link between all of us who are a part of the act, including those behind the scenes and the choreographers. We’re a little family, and when one person is absent, everything falls apart. Shilpa means a lot to us,” the director told to a media outlet.
Shilpa Shetty’s unavailability on the show resulted in a slew of special guests filling in for her. Bollywood superstars had joined the programme in recent weeks, including Karisma Kapoor, Sonali Bendre, Riteish Deshmukh, and Genelia Dsouza.
In the forthcoming show commemorating Shilpa’s return, Indian Idol 12 winner Pawandeep Rajan will appear, as will fellow finalists Arunita Kanjilal, Sayli Kamble, Mohd Danish, Nihal Tauro, and Shanmukhapriya.
