Sidharth Shukla was asked to give easy on the workouts, reveals doctors

Actor Sidharth Shukla passed away on 2nd September, Thursday. The winner of Bigg Boss’ season 13 was taken to Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital, wherein doctors revealed that the actor deceased owing to a severe heart attack.
As per reports by India Today, the Balika Vadhu actor was urged to take it easy throughout his training. On September 2, Sidharth Shukla passed away after having a heart attack. Sidharth came back from a meeting at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, and went for a jog in his building compound itself at approximately 10 p.m. He ate some supper and went to bed after arriving home. It was rare for him to pass upon a workout session.
It was at 3 a.m. when he complained to his mother, Rita Shukla, of discomfort and chest pain to which, she handed the actor with some water, as reported by India Today; the actor fell asleep following drinking water and did not wake up in the morning.
Sidharth has since ever been very rigorous about his workouts as well as meditation. On a daily basis, the actor would work out for three hours.
According to sources, Sid’s doctor had advised him to take it easy with his training and fitness routine.
Sidharth Shukla has left behind, in family, his two elder sisters and mother.
Sidharth Shukla’s funeral to take place in Mumbai’s Oshiwara in the afternoon.
