The real reason behind the defamation case filed by Salman Khan against Kamaal R Khan is not Radhe’s review; Know the truth here

KRK also requested Salman’s father Salim Khan to ask him to not proceed with the case.

Kamaal Rashid Khan aka KRK has once again found himself in a legal trouble as Bollywood actor Salman Khan has filed a defamation notice against him. Recently, controversial celebrity  KRK took to his Twitter handle to share the news about the case filed by Salman for giving negative review to Salman’s latest film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. He also stated that he will never review any Salman Khan film.

Now, An official statement from Salman Khan’s legal team has been released which clarified that the suit is filed for publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations against Salman and his brand ” Being Human”.

The statement read, “Mr. Kamaal R Khan, the Defendant, has put out a series of tweets and videos alleging that Mr. Salman Khan has sued him for defamation because the Defendant reviewed the film, Radhe. This is incorrect. The suit has been filed as the Defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Mr. Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand “Being Human” are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits. The Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Mr. Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly with a view to draw attention to himself.”

Previously, KRK requested Salim Khan to ask Salman to not proceed with the case.
